How it works

No more “let me get back to you.”

Not a note taker that helps after the meeting. Help in the moment, from the sources you chose.

01

Connect your sources

Connect Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Files and Slack. Jira and Notion are next. Sources re-sync daily.

02

Keep it beside your meeting

Run the app next to Zoom, Teams or Google Meet on your Mac. A listening pill is always visible and pause is one click.

03

Answer with the source in view

When someone asks for a number, owner, date or decision, the app checks your sources and shows a short answer with where it came from.

When it is not sure

It tells you, instead of guessing.

Every state reads differently at a glance, by words and shape, not only by color.

Who it is for

The question lands on you. The answer is already on screen.

Privacy

Built to show sources, not bluff.

You decide where the models run and what the app can read. Here is exactly what happens.

Read the privacy page
  • Private local models through Ollama or LM Studio are the default. With them, transcripts and documents stay on your Mac.
  • Prefer a cloud model? Use your own key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek.
  • It reads only the sources you connect, and shows which one every answer came from.
  • A listening pill is always on screen, and pause is one click.
Disclosure line for your meeting chat

“Heads up: I am using Get Cued In, which listens to this call to help me answer questions from my own notes.”

FAQ

Straight answers.

What does Get Cued In do in a meeting?

It listens on your Mac during a meeting. When someone asks you for a number, owner, date or decision, it checks your connected sources and shows a short answer with its source, or tells you it could not verify.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

The Zoom app, the Teams app, and Google Meet in a browser, on your Mac. It hears the meeting audio directly, so there is no tab to share.

What sources can I connect?

Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Files and Slack at launch. Jira and Notion are next. Sources re-sync daily.

Which AI models does it use?

Your choice. Private local models through Ollama or LM Studio are the default. You can also use your own key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek, and pick a model per step.

What leaves my Mac?

With local models, your transcripts and documents stay on your Mac. If you choose a cloud model, the question and the matching source excerpts go to that provider under your own key.

What happens when it cannot verify an answer?

It says: "I could not verify this from your connected sources." It does not guess.

How do consent and pause work?

You are responsible for telling participants. The app shows a listening pill at all times, pauses with one click, and gives you a disclosure line to paste into the meeting chat.

Does it work on Windows?

No. Mac only for now.

What does it cost?

Free while in early access. If you use a cloud model, your provider bills you for that usage directly.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one. It holds your Mac app download and settings. Your sources, transcripts and answers stay on your Mac.
